Jump Back Ball 23 - Picking A Theme

Happy Summer! Hope you all had a wicked fabulous Fourth and are finding creative ways to beat this humidity. I know it's been a bit quiet here on the SMITTEN front, but I promise you, it's been for a very good reason.

I've been nominated and elected to the PlayhouseSquare Partners Board and asked to co-chair the 2014 Jump Back Ball. Eeek!

First up on the list is picking a theme. This is, by far, one of the most fun aspects of planning and yet the most daunting. JBB means a little something different to everyone and a fantastic theme can pull all those people together. We have some really great things up our sleeves for 2014, so get ready. The theme will be picked by the end of next week and announced August 15th.

Is there an idea that you're simply dying for us to do? Anything you love or would love to change? Bands that we simply need to check out? Drop me a comment or email. For reference, let's take a 'jump back' to the 22 galas already in the books.

  1. Congratulations! You will throw a fab JBB. A swing/big band era theme could be fun..."Jump Back, Jive & Wail?"
